    Information/private..
There are many transgressions and violations committed by the American administration, on Iraqi soil, during the last period, but the dangerous escalation was represented by the assassination of a group of young Iraqis, and the “disgrace to the sovereignty of Iraq and its people.”

Popular and political attention, after Washington's crimes that did not seem to end in Iraq, turned towards the government, amid hopes of implementing the previous decision to remove all foreign forces from Iraqi territory, which was approved by the previous parliament, but the winds did not bring what the people's ships and aspirations desired.
The United States of America carried out an air strike last week in Kirkuk Governorate, which led to the martyrdom of five members of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, the Al-Nujaba Movement.
The Al-Fatah Alliance described America’s positions regarding the nature of its forces’ presence in Iraq as “contradictory,” while calling on the government to deter the American administration and prevent its violations.
The leader of the coalition, Aed Al-Hilali, stated in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The United States always says and confirms that its presence inside Iraqi territory is for consultation and training, and there are no combat forces. Therefore, how was America able to assassinate a group of Iraqi youth in Kirkuk and before it with a cliff?” Victory?
He added, "The American administration is contradicting itself regarding the nature of its presence in Iraq, especially since its forces on the country's territory are combat," stressing that "the Iraqi government is required to use all methods to deter Washington."
The leader of the Al-Amiri coalition explains, “There are many charters and agreements concluded between Iraq and America, such as the strategic framework, and this forces Washington to respect its presence in Iraqi territory, and not to infringe on sovereignty.”

    The role of Parliament
After the people were dissatisfied with the positions of the federal government, and did not condemn the American actions, it tried to resort to the legislative authority, hoping to issue a decision or law that would lead to the removal of the “occupation” forces from the lands of Mesopotamia.
In turn, the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee revealed the preparation of a draft that includes a clause regarding the removal of American forces from Iraq, and while it considered denunciations and condemnations “useless,” it stressed the necessity of a firm stance from the government toward American violations.
The committee member, Ali Al-Bandawi, said in an interview with Al-Ma’louma Agency, “American violations and attacks inside Iraqi territory are always condemned and denounced, but they are of no use as much as there must be a firm stance by the government in the first place, as well as the House of Representatives.” .
He pointed out, “The Security Committee is directed towards supporting the Iraqi security forces, and we have the decision to remove all the occupying forces, whether American or countries allied with them,” pointing out that “the American forces will never refrain from carrying out their attacks, so there must be a decision from Parliament once again.” Another obligation requires the government to end American forces in Iraq.
Al-Bindawi continues, “The Parliamentary Defense Committee will submit a draft to be presented to the Presidency of the House of Representatives, and the most prominent paragraphs included in it focus on removing all American forces from Iraqi territory.”
Iraq's weakness in the air defense system and America's continuation of the "occupation" policy portends a serious catastrophe against the parties hostile to Washington, as their methods have always been "malicious", especially regarding getting rid of their enemies, which requires a serious stance from the Iraqi government to prevent the recurrence of the "airport crime."
