Today, Wednesday, Member of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Sayhoud, accused Iraqi political parties of pushing for the presence of American forces in Iraq.

Al-Sayhud told Al-Maalouma, “Security and stability in Iraq were achieved by Iraqi hands only, and there is no need for American forces, which represents a negative starting point for the security situation.”
He added, "The presence of these forces in Iraq was at the request of former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi."
He pointed to "popular, political and legislative solidarity in removing these forces during the coming period," criticizing "the internal political parties that are pushing for these forces to remain inside Iraqi territory."
American forces continue their field and military violations, controlling Iraqi airspace, and bombing security forces and civilians in a number of provinces. Ended 25/day
