Health: 300,000 Iraqis are covered by health insurance

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Khamis Al-Saad, revealed that 300,000 Iraqis are covered by health insurance.
Al-Saad said that since the launch of the health insurance service, the number of those covered has increased to 300,000 people.
He added, "About 22 million medicines have been priced in all pharmacies, and we need time to price all the other medicines."
He stressed that we are working to increase the number of nurses in Iraq through training courses that will be conducted with the Philippines.
