[size=45]An Iraqi Interior Ministry source said on Friday that reports indicating explosions occurring deep inside Iraq were inaccurate.[/size]
[size=45]The source, an officer, said: “We did not record any targeting inside Iraq from all sides, but military radars recorded the passage of foreign objects over Iraq’s airspace,” without giving further details.[/size]
[size=45]Earlier today, the American ABC network confirmed, quoting an American official, that Israeli missiles hit a site in Iran, without giving further details.[/size]
[size=45]For its part, Fars Agency confirmed that an explosion occurred northwest of Isfahan, near an Iranian army airbase.[/size]
[size=45]She added that the sound of the explosion was heard in the city of Qahjafaristan, northeast of the city of Isfahan.[/size]
[size=45]The city of Qahjafaristan is located near Isfahan Airport and the 8th Shekhari Army Air Force Base.[/size]
[size=45]This comes after the Israeli newspaper Jerusalem Post reported, at dawn on Friday, that simultaneous explosions occurred in Iran, Syria and Iraq.[/size]
