Baghdad/Al-Masala Al-Hadath: The Integrity Committee in Parliament confirmed, on Monday, the control of the economic committees belonging to some blocs and parties over some ministries, which led to the failure of their work.
Committee member Hadi Al-Salami said in an interview followed by Al-Masala, “There is control by the economic committees belonging to some blocs and parties over some ministries, and this led to the failure of those ministries, especially there are conflicts between those parties over projects and contracting in the ministries.”
Al-Salami stated, “The reason for the lack of improvement in the reality of electricity is due to the large corruption files in this ministry over the past years, and financial and administrative corruption is the reason for the failure of all state service institutions and others to develop their work, and the development of this work is through ridding those ministries and institutions of the economic committees affiliated with the parties.” And permeable blocks.”
