    Independent MP Amir Al-Maamouri published documents today, Saturday, proving that the Ministry of Finance has spent billions of dinars as "financial grants" from the budget to political parties represented in the House of Representatives or participating in the elections.

    He added: "Some may be surprised by this book, which shows that there is funding for parties from the federal budget, with 80% for those who have representation in the House of Representatives and 20% for parties participating in the elections."

    He stressed "working to cancel this issue, which has many comments and unjustified spending," considering that "this spending is supposed to be on the deprived people and not on the party, and we must distinguish between these parties, those who work and those who do not work, and those who steal public money and encroach on state property," asking: "Who evaluates these parties so that we can say they deserve the financial grant?"
