    This is interesting since it declares Turki is still CBI gov at  present, which means the Maliki appointment during his "Caretaker "status is not being acknowledged here. That's probably why ali Moshen's name doesn't appear on the CBI webpage.

    Announced the judiciary, on Monday, that Rusafa Criminal Court decided to acquit Shabibi former central bank governor, Mohammed Allawi, a former communications minister, of corruption charges against them, while attributed the cause to "insufficient evidence."

    The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar, judiciary spokesman, said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The Second competent authority issues of fairness in the criminal Rusafa court today (yesterday), a decision to acquit Shabibi, former central bank governor, of corruption charges against him issues related to the Central Bank during the period of his tenure as governor. "

    He attributed the reasons for acquittal Birqadr to "insufficient evidence in the charges against the Hbibi."

    Issued and the Supreme Judicial Council on 19 October 2012, an arrest warrant for the central bank governor and a number of officials in corruption cases, as Shabibi, Allawi left the country before being arrested.
