Allkash: Federal Court under the control and domination of the federal government
BAGHDAD / Baghdadiya News / .. MP for citizen's parliamentary bloc Mohammed Kazem Allkash, Friday, that the Federal Court under the control and domination of the federal government.
Said Allkash told / Baghdadiya News / "Iraqi Federal Court under the control and the dominance of the federal government which invalidates laws voted on by the House of Representatives majority and integrity and financial control and other laws affecting the Iraqi people directly."
He explained that "go the Federal Court to overturn the law the mandate of the three presidencies evidence and clear on this control and domination of the federal government."
The Federal Court had overturned the law determining the salaries of the President and members of the House of Representatives, received the appeal filed by a coalition of state law on the mandate of the three presidencies formality and kept the door open to challenge him again.
