First, read verses from the Koran.
Second: The vote on the draft freedom of expression and assembly and peaceful protest law. (Legal Committee, the Commission on Human Rights, the Commission on Security and Defence, the Committee on Culture and Information, the Committee of Awqaf and Religious Affairs). (17 articles).
Third: The vote on the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the international railways in the Arab Mashreq and Protocols annexed by law. (Commission services and reconstruction, the Foreign Relations Committee). (Article 2).
Fourth: The vote on the draft law of property installed in agricultural lands and orchards excluded from the settlement work. (Committee on Agriculture and Water and marsh, the Legal Committee). (Article 5).
Fifth: the second reading of the draft law to accept the armed forces and internal security forces and the apparatus of the Iraqi National Intelligence Service and the National Security Apparatus in college members. (Security and Defense Committee, Commission on Higher Education), (Article 3).
Sixth: The second reading of a bill defining the mandates of the three presidencies. (Legal Committee). (Article 8).
Seventh: The second reading of the draft private universities and colleges law. (Higher Education Commission, the Legal Committee). (Article 56).
Eighth: discuss the subject of the Authority for the Protection of National peaceful coexistence and the fight against extremism and terrorism. (Committee of Awqaf and Religious Affairs).
