First, read verses from the Koran.
Second: The vote on the decision to ban terrorist Daash sites in all networks and Web sites inciting or paved or glorified or promoter or justifying terrorist crimes. (Legal Committee, the Committee on Culture and Information).
Third: The vote on the draft law of the Martyrs Foundation. (Committee of the martyrs and victims and political prisoners, Human Rights Commission, the Legal Committee). (28 articles).
Fourth: the first vote on the draft amendment to the law to compensate those affected by the military operations and military errors and terrorist operations. (Committee of the martyrs and victims and political prisoners, the Commission on Human Rights). (Article 12).
Fifth: The report of the Committee on Economy and Investment and the discussion of the draft general budget of the Federal Republic of Iraq for fiscal year 2016 (the Finance Committee, the Legal Committee, the Committee on Economy and Investment). (Article 38).
Sixth: report and discuss the first draft amendment to the law on personal liability insurance for staff of government departments and public sector Law No. (47) for the year 1990 (the Finance Committee, the Legal Committee).
Seventh: The report and discussion of the draft law amending the Criminal Procedure Law No. (23) for the year 1971. (Legal Committee).
Eighth: Plan of Action for the Committee of the Regions and governorates not organized in a region.
Session starts at: ten in the morning.

So it looks like they are making the adjustments the IMF and WB asked for and then they will read again. This is good news.
