    [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Development and Training Department within the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers in cooperation with the Economic Strategic Studies Center established a training course concerning the employee loyalty.The Secretariat General of the Cabinet reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com on Tuesday “The training course discussed new principles over the culture of thinking by setting the behavioral standards that adopt the strategic planning and making the clear goals in order to create a strategic administration centered around the professional strategy.””The training course focused on developing the employee’s emotional intelligence and practicing the advanced analyses that leads to professional satisfaction,” the statement added.”The course recommended to study realistic experiences that create an institution promotes the comprehensive loyalty,” the statement pointed out.”The Development and Training Department within the Secretariat General of the Cabinet seek to develop the abilities of its employees through several programs within the Secretariat plan to identify 2013 as a year for developing employees’ abilities,” the statement concluded. \END\
