    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Iraqi Council of Ministers announced that “The CoM’s bylaw is prepared for vote.”
    Mohamed Fadhil, the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) on Saturday “We prepared more than one draft for the Cabinet’s bylaw and the last of which was distributed two years ago.”

    Concerning the possibility of reconsidering the decision of postponing the local elections in Anbar and Nineveh provinces, the legal advisor said “From the legal viewpoint, the Cabinet has the right to reconsider any decision it takes.”
