    [ltr]Voice of the Council of Ministers, on Tuesday, the First Amendment's "Iraqi Media Network Code" and the project "Irrigation Act", and referred them to the House of Representatives, while the Minister of Finance authorized to negotiate and sign an agreement on avoidance of double taxation between the Iraqi and Slovak governments.[/ltr]
