" . Jubouri and across the name of the presidencyof the Council thanked the deputies for attending the meeting and A_i_arhm entrusted to them to touch the people issues ofresponsibility, advance greetings to the Iraqi people aspiring for reform, pointing out that the next phase requires a major effort to improve the level of services, especially electricity , which the Iraqi people are suffering from the scarcity of the provision .
