He continued , "The bathrooms in the same room, in addition to the amount of food is very few , " stressing that " the situation in general is very shocking."
Shati said " the authorities have not officially been charged for any of the detainees, who have spent months because local authorities do not have the capacity to investigate their cases."
"Even the local authorities say he has no knowledge about how to access these to these prisons, also believes that the majorityof them are innocent."
