[ltr]Special Representative of the Secretary-General in Iraq, Jan Kubis said on Friday that Iraq is in a state of paralysis in the government and the parliament because of the political crisis, which he described Balamiqh.[/ltr]
[ltr]He said in a speech before the UN Security Council on developments in Iraq and the UN mission to help Iraq that "the crisis in Iraq has paralyzed the work of the government and the House of Representatives a deep crisis has swept Baghdad and the country, and caused the deadlock and paralysis in the work of the government and the Iraqi Council of Representatives."[/ltr]
[ltr]"It caused a political crisis in Iraq complications complex in addition to the security, humanitarian and economic challenges and human rights faced by the country."[/ltr]
[ltr]The House of Representatives is witnessing a crisis after a sit-in inside a number of MPs demanding to achieve political reform and an end to the quota system and the formation of a government of technocrats, saw[/ltr]
[ltr]And called on the president of a coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki Representatives from different parties to find a consensual way out of parliament ending the crisis and vote on the appointment and dismissal of ministers.[/ltr]
