    [ltr]Special Representative of the Secretary-General in Iraq, Jan Kubis said on Friday that Iraq is in a state of paralysis in the government and the parliament because of the political crisis, which he described Balamiqh.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He said in a speech before the UN Security Council on developments in Iraq and the UN mission to help Iraq that "the crisis in Iraq has paralyzed the work of the government and the House of Representatives a deep crisis has swept Baghdad and the country, and caused the deadlock and paralysis in the work of the government and the Iraqi Council of Representatives."[/ltr]
