    Said Faleh Abdul Hassan sugar Ziadi in an interview with (long-Presse), he said that "the local government will strive to open a subsidiary of the South Oil Division would be responsible for follow-up action patches exploratory to ensure labor operation, as well as local companies constantly," and urged the oil ministry to " linking the existing management of the oil wells in the province, the South oil company and not directly linked to the fields of Dhi Qar Authority. "
    He Ziadi, that "the Dhi Qar fields Commission did not take into account the rights of the province of Muthanna starting from naming the oil field and up to the distribution of social benefits between the two provinces," noting that "the Commission directed the companies operating Balrqah exploratory not to deal with the local Muthana government."
    He Ziadi, that "the oil ministry and after repeated demands by the local government decided to decide the distribution of social benefits for the file between the two provinces by allocating 73% of Muthana and 27% of the province of Dhi Qar."
    The local government in the province of Muthanna refused, on Sunday, the (10 April 2016), linking oil to maintain Dhi Qar fields Authority wells, as she insisted on linking wells to "SoC", indicated to open its mission Division of the management of these wells.
    It is noteworthy that some of the Dhi Qar fields Commission staff is trying to keep the wells to maintain linked administratively Authority for goals and this is rejected by the local Muthanna government, which earlier announced about starting the second phase of the stages of oil production in the province, and of digging the first oil wells southern Muthanna within the area of ​​exploration X by the Russian company Lukoil.
