    The governor of Muthanna Faleh Abdul Hassan sugar Ziadi his quest to open a division to the Southern Oil Company to continue working patches exploratory to ensure labor run, while the oil ministry demanded linking the existing oil wells management in the province , the South Oil Company directly. 
    He said Faleh Abdul Hassan sugar Ziadi in an interview to (long - Presse), said that " the local government will strive to open a subsidiary of the South oil Division would be responsible for follow - up action patches exploratory to ensure labor operation, as well as local companies constantly , " and urged the oil ministry to "bind in maintaining oil wells management company SOC directly and not be tied to Dhi Qar fields Authority. " 
    He added Ziadi, that" the Dhi Qar fields Commission did not take into account the rights of the province ofMuthanna starting from naming the oil field and up to the distribution of social benefits between the two provinces , "he said , adding, that" the body and directed the labor Balrqah companies exploratory not to deal with the local Muthana government. " 
    He continued Ziadi, that" the oil ministry and after repeated demands by the local government decided todecide the distribution of social benefits for the file between the two provinces by allocating 73% of Muthana and 27% of the province of Dhi Qar. " 
    the local government in the province Muthanna had refused, on Sunday , the (10 April 2016), linking theprovince 's oil wells Dhi Qar fields Authority, as she insisted on linking wells to "SoC", indicated to open its mission Division of the management of these wells. It is 
    noteworthy that some of the Commission staff Dhi Qar fields trying to keep the wells to maintain linked administratively Authority, and this is rejected by the Government of the local Al - Muthanna, which announced earlier about starting the second phase of the stages of oil production in the province, of drilled the first oil well south of Muthanna within the area of the tenth expedition by Lukoil time Russian.
