    BAGHDAD - The Journal News
     Chairman of the Security and Defense Committee in Parliament, of quitting, he stressed that the government agreed to exchange salary popular crowd for the year 2016, but the administrative problems in the state institutions behind the delay in payment of salaries for the fighters in the battles and compensate the martyrs of the popular crowd.
     It's Zamili (Journal News) that "the federal government has the financial budget in the state treasury, adding that" the government agreed to exchange salary 140,000 fighters from the sons of the crowd and to compensate with their martyrs. "
    And that "most of the government institutions suffer from administrative problems which delayed payment of salaries of the fighters in the battles and compensate the martyrs of the popular crowd."
    He pointed out that "the parliamentary security committee does not accept that the sons of the crowd fighting to liberate the usurped territories and cite to edit, and their families remain without compensation from the government."
