    Justice Minister Haider Alzamlien revealed an amendment to the Criminal Procedure Code, noting that it would allow convicted retrial once rather than 10 times, as he emphasized that the amendment will be published today in the Official Gazette facts to come into effect.
    He Zamili in a press statement that "the amendment have been made on Article 270 of the Criminal Procedure Code which allows convicted retrial 10 times leading to delay executions," pointing out that "the amendment gives the convicted right to a retrial only once."
    He added that "the amendment to the law will be published today in the Gazette of Iraq," adding that "the public prosecutor would be the point of this amendment."
