[ltr]Defense Minister Khaled al-Obeidi, and a representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubiš, on Thursday, on the necessity of activating the international commitments to support Iraq in its war against the terrorist Daash.[/ltr]
