    {Baghdad: Euphrates News} presided over the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, an important meeting on Monday of the crisis cell in the presence of members of the cell, and advanced staff in the financial, oil and Planning Ministries, declaring his intention to send the draft budget before the tenth of next September.

" 
    He noted that" the meeting discussed thoroughly the details of revenues and expenditures and ways to address the projected shortfall with continued low global oil prices. "
