    Nineveh provincial council fire detection triggered by organizing "Daesh" criminal in oil wells to maintain Iraq's budget cost 20 million dinars per month, while the oil ministry demanded commissioned by the North Oil Company to extinguish those fires.
    Said council member Mohammed Ibrahim, said that "the main oil wells in the province of Nineveh, and numbering about 15 wells were still burning has been unable to civil defense crews managed to extinguish until now despite the efforts of those teams."
    Ibrahim, adding that "those fires continued cost Iraq's budget up to 20 million dinars per month in addition to the environmental and health risks in the skies of Mosul and surrounding areas."
    While stressing that "the North Oil Company is only able to put out those fires within days due to continuous dealings with similar fires in the region, it has won the second among Arab countries in their ability to end the crisis."
    Ibrahim pointed out that "The oil ministry is only able to entrust the North Oil Company through the issuance of orders commissioned to work on the put out the fire as quickly as possible."
