    The Director of the hand of Yathrib Harith Abdul Nabi Khalaf, said on Monday that 70% of the population did not return to their home areas due to feuds and belongings clan, pointing to the existence of understandings between the clans of the management Salahuddin popular crowd to reach compromise solutions re-displaced people who have not proved to be involved with terrorist gangs to their home areas.
