organization's readiness to narrow the differences between Iraqi
politicians

The
Secretary General of the organisation of Islamic cooperation Ekmeleddin
Ihsanoglu expressed deep concern at the persistence of the crisis in
Iraq.
The Secretary-General said in a statement his Office
received all Iraq [where] a copy, made an urgent appeal to political
leaders and distinguished clerics in Iraq to develop Iraq's interest
above all else and make every effort to maintain the unity of Iraq and
its security and stability and to respond wisely to the demands of
demonstrators to preserving social peace and stability of Iraq.
Ihsanoglu
called on all Iraqi parties to initiate a comprehensive and serious
dialogue leading to genuine national reconciliation among the people
away from sectarianism and marginalization and to improve Iraqi citizen.
The
Secretary-General "reiterated the readiness of the Organization for
Islamic cooperation acceptable to all Iraqi communities and parties to
send a high-level delegation to Baghdad to contact all Iraqi parties and
contributing to the convergence of views and discuss preparations for
the activation of the Mecca document of 2006.
Iraq witnessed a
