    Iraqi official statistics indicate that thousands of innocent people are arrested a month and spend days and months in prison before being released, and during the last 22 months have been released (156) thousand people, an average of 236 release is performed per day and 7080 monthly

    During 2016 since January and until the last count in October , official data which has been the survey reported to indicate that the Iraqi judiciary was released (67.749) innocent of the prisons, including (8.810) and was charged with involvement in terrorist acts, at a rate of (6775) arrest per month, and (226) in one day. 
    The record in the month of June 2016 the highest percentage in the release of innocent detainees as numbered (10791) , including (in 1608) counts of terrorism, followed by the month of May and numbered (10373) , of which (3456) charged with terrorism. 
    May and June saw a military operation Iraqi army and federal police and the "popular crowd" to regain control of the city of Fallujah in Anbar, and the battle began in May 23 and ended three weeks later on June 17. 
    In 2015 , statistics indicate that the Iraqi courts freed (88,297) innocent people since January until December , including (8515) and directed him false terrorism charge, at a rate of (7358) arrests per month, and 245 arrests per day. 
    The record month of September the highest percentage in the release of the detainees are innocent in 2015, and numbered (9480), followed by the month of December and numbered (9268), it did not explain the data preparation , who directed them to charges of terrorism, as it has reservations eliminating publish these details in a few months . 
    Total final numbers of innocent detainees during the years 2015 and 2016 included 22 months, suggesting that the total number of (156.046), and the percentage of (7000) per month, and (236) Aumia.hzh statistical exciting indicates a real problem in the security system and the inquisitorial in Iraq, as thousands of arrests random place to counter the escalation of violence and lead these arrests to the problems in the community of peace , and differences between the political forces, as it accuses forces and Sunni parties , the security forces of sectarianism, while accusing the Shiite forces Sunni provinces residents to embrace the extremists.

    MP Anbar Ahmed milkfish interested in the affairs of the detainees, says that three thousand people from Anbar residents have been arrested by the factions , " the popular crowd," including (2000) people were arrested in Razzazah area during October 2015, and (800) people in May 2016, and unaccounted for so far. 
    Iraqi parliament began last September the law of "general amnesty" for the detainees , even those who have committed certain crimes within the efforts for political reconciliation in the country between the Shiite and Sunni parties, but the law did not address the broad detention operations conducted in the country as the prison was soon overflowing with detainees again after months of discharge.
