The Iraqi General Ports Company announced on Thursday the signing of a contract with the company implementing the projects of the Ministry of Transport to implement the project of the entrance and roads of Umm Qasr ports.
"This step came under the direction of Minister of Transport Abdullah Luaibi," said General Manager of the Company Eng. Safa Abdul Hussein, noting that "this project is one of the most important projects by which the area between the entrance of Umm Qasr And the southern port of Umm Qasr. "
He added that "this step came as the region is witnessing a great crowding and the movement of trucks loaded and empty and care is an effective treatment to facilitate the smooth flow of goods from the port and the mechanism." Ending / 25
