"

    For his part, member of the Baghdad provincial council, Ghalib al-Zamili, said in an interview to the (long-Presse), to "more control over the projects in Baghdad either by the provincial council or other regulatory departments to ensure the non-recurrence of waste and failure and poor implementation."
