    For his part, British Minister of State , "stressed his country 's keenness on supporting Iraq in its war against terrorism and in the relief of displaced persons , " pointing out that "relations between the two countries go through a distinct period and that the Iraqi parliament has an important role in the development of these relations towards the
    better."
