A second phase of projects to restore stability in liberated areas of Kirkuk

Hammadi said that the first phase of the projects to restore stability included the implementation of 260 projects allocated 25 billion dinars, and divided between the liberated areas according to population ratios, to restore the main services such as electricity, water and schools.
