He noted that the last phase saw the formation of a committee by the province to work on the completion of some technical and construction matters in which the rehabilitation of other stages included the initial detection and implementation, but the approvals and the ownership of the land between the Ministries of Defense and Finance prevented the completion of the work, indicating progress of several companies in order to implement it , However , the selection and the granting of investment license requires unremitting efforts with the Ministry of transport preference best suited them as a prelude to direct its implementation during the next term.
