    The Ministry of Education began conducting tests for primary school students in the gifted schools, announcing that there was a large turnout in schools after the launching of the project (the small world).
    The ministry's director of relations and media, Boshra Hassan Hamoudi, said in a special statement to "Sabah": The ministry has directed its directorates in Baghdad and the provinces to conduct the tests of talented students in the fourth stage of primary, followed by the test of the first stage of the average. She confirmed that the ministry is preparing the statistics of the number of applicants for the test, after allowing the controls for the applicants in the fourth stage of primary, three students from each school to get their grades math and science 10 for the stages of the first and second and third primary to accept the fourth phase of primary schools for talented.
    Hamoudi said that the acceptance of applicants in the fifth, sixth and primary stage should be 100 degrees for mathematics and science for admission to the first stage after passing the IQ test. The province of Basra has witnessed 160 students from its neighborhoods and districts who will be tested and compete for gifted schools.
    She pointed out that there is a turnout of students in the primary stage after the launch of her ministry for the project of "the small world" aimed at graduating scientists by adopting a national strategy drawing for the development of gifted schools to prepare gifted students as future leaders, revealing a developmental plan for the gifted schools for the academic year 2017 2018. New criteria for students' tests, admission, curricula and courses, and selection of qualified teaching staff, as well as modern laboratories.
