    Dhi Qar Education Directorate announced on Wednesday that 117 primary and middle school principals were exempted from their jobs on the grounds of achieving a low success rate of not more than 25 per cent, while stressing that all teachers who achieved success rates of 30 per cent or less were disciplined.     As for the accounting of junior high school administrations that did not achieve acceptable success rates, Al-Omri said that "preparatory schools are not included in the evaluation at present because the results are incomplete.
