    1- The maximum loan amount is 150 million dinars.

    2- From (50) million dinars to (75) million dinars for the purpose of purchasing a plot of land.

    3- From (15) million dinars to (75) million dinars for the purpose of construction, restoration and rehabilitation.

    4- From (50) million dinars to (150) million dinars for the purpose of purchasing a residential house, apartment or residential unit in residential complexes, gradually increasing by (5) million dinars.

    5- Interest rate (6 percent) in decreasing installments.

    6- Loan term (15) years Loan guarantee and according to the categories covered by the grants.
