Member of the committee, MP Jamal Kocher, said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The decline in oil prices for a short period below $ 70, as specified in the budget, will not affect the budget, but its impact will be greater if the decline lasts for several months."
He explained that: "Even if oil prices remain below $ 70 for a long period, it will not affect employees' salaries for this year, and the government's ability to pay salaries, but its impact will be on the investment budget and projects in Baghdad and the governorates." / End9[/rtl]
