Larijani: Nobody takes Trump's remarks seriously

Iranian President Ali Larijani said that Iranian officials have no concerns about the US president's statements and that no one takes Donald Trump's positions seriously.
Larijani said during a statement before heading to Russia to participate in the meeting of the International Union of Parliaments, that "Trump's remarks are still immature and childish," pointing to the similar positions of European countries and China and Russia with Iran in the importance of maintaining the nuclear agreement, saying that " This will be problematic for them and other countries. "
"At the meeting held in New York between the Group 5 + 1 and Iran on the nuclear agreement, no one supported the position of America, and everyone denounced these positions in very sharp words, and they concluded that the agreement is an international understanding based on a resolution ratified by the Security Council , And in fact the agreement became part of the decision and outside the will of States.
"One of Tilerson's arguments is that when this nuclear agreement was made, attention should have been paid to the issue of changing governments, so this impression is very childish, if they want to think about every treaty like that," Larijani noted.
The head of the Iranian Shura Council praised the Russian position during the meeting of the Group 5 + 1, saying that "the rest of the European countries confirmed the same position, and in fact there is an international consensus."
