    He pointed out that "the meeting concluded with the refusal of the World Bank and its insistence on the full deduction of salaries from all the salaries of Iraq, and also insisted on the transfer of seven trillions of dinars from the salaries of employees to the door of another exchange is the door (goods and services) !!
