    He added that "production will gradually increase to reach good quantities of gas to achieve financial returns to maximize the federal treasury, as well as the environmental impact and health of the surrounding oil fields, in addition to the provision of electric stations with dry gas, which will achieve self-sufficiency of fuel."
    For his part, said Russian Minister Alexander Novak, during his presence in the opening of the oil production unit, which is developing the field of oil Badra, which is headed by the Russian company Kazprom, has managed within seven years of increasing oil production in the field after the development to reach 90 thousand barrels per day, That "dry gas produced from the field will be allocated to the Zubaidiyah power station."

    The device added that "other conditions are that the Central Organ / Department of Marking Jewelry to provide the company or person authorized official letter addressed to the Directorate of Kirkuk and airport police, specifying the name of the gold holder and the amount of gold to be produced and calibrated," noting: "must submit A letter of guarantee of at least the amount of the amount of gold to be issued and valid for at least two months, the letter of guarantee is confiscated in the event that the gold to be exported within the period of permeability of the letter. 
    "The other conditions require the payment of 50 thousand dinars per kilogram of gold, based on Resolution No. 335 in October 2017." 
    A number of economists have warned of the smuggling of large amounts of Iraqi gold abroad, pointing out that the expansion of this phenomenon will cause damage to the economy of the country by increasing the price in local markets.
