    [ltr]The Central Bank announced on Thursday the launch of an initiative to fund humanitarian, environmental and youth activities.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The Tamkeen initiative was launched to finance various activities, humanitarian, environmental, cultural and youth projects," said the director of the Central Bank's Information Office, Acer Jabbar, in a statement read by Mawazine News.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He added that "it was agreed to identify monthly contributions by banks and exchange companies and the formation of a joint board to manage the fund consists of the central bank and shareholders in the Fund."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He called on the Central Bank, wishing businessmen and the wealthy, to provide the Fund with their contribution to support these initiatives and activities at a time when our country needs to join forces for the advancement and reconstruction.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The board of directors of this fund will provide for transparency in directing these contributions and a high degree of management and management," the statement said.[/ltr]
