    [rtl]BAGHDAD - The parliamentary legal committee on Monday confirmed the eligibility of ministers and officials who were sacked by Parliament on corruption charges for running for elections and receiving other posts unless the judiciary decides their right and the charges are proven against them.[/rtl]
    [rtl]A member of the committee, Kamel al-Zaidi, said in a press statement that "the parliament after the dismissal of any minister or official transfer files that questioned the official to the judiciary to decide."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added that "any law official is entitled to run for elections or take office unless the judiciary decides his case and the charges against him and prove the charges against him." He pointed out that "the issuance of a judicial decision and the issuance of a ruling is the only way to prevent the article from running again."[/rtl]
