(Baghdad: Al Furat News) The ministerial economic affairs committee chaired by Minister of Planning / Minister of Trade and Salman Jumaili Agency took a number of decisions and recommendations related to economic and development affairs during its fourth session held today, the most prominent of which is the obligation of the Ministry of Commerce to cover sugar and oil from the local producer.
"The committee has recommended to the Council of Ministers to exempt the borrowers from the Development Fund canceled all the benefits of the delay and the fines of their debts on the principal of the loan because of their arrears in payment, provided that the repayment of the origin of the debt [loan] Within a period of not more than 3 years and recommend lifting the travel ban on borrowers from the Fund mentioned unless there are other issues of the borrower.
He added that "the Committee recommended to the Council of Ministers to oblige the Ministry of Commerce to cover the needs of the ration card of sugar and oil produced locally in industrial projects registered in the industrial development or the National Investment Commission."
"The Ministerial Committee on Economic Affairs also decided to form a committee headed by the economic adviser to the prime minister and the membership of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport and the Director General of the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance and the Director General of the National Investment Commission and Director General of the Legal Department in the Prime Minister's Office and a representative of the High Coordinating Committee of the province not associated with the province , To study the proposal of the Ministry of Transport for the amendment of the wage system at the civil airports, provided that the committee report within three weeks.
