    Iraq's ambassador to Iran, Rajih al-Moussawi, called Sunday for the Iraqi government to neighboring countries through economic files with those countries to force them to abide by the water agreements, pointing out that Iraq must take its right in accordance with international agreements with Turkey and Iran.
