The representative of the National Alliance Hilal Sahlani, on Thursday, that the House of Representatives will not vote on important laws during the remainder of its current session, pointing to the existence of "sharp" differences on those laws.

"The vote on the enactment of new laws during the remaining time of the House of Representatives has become impossible, because of the lack of quorum and obstructing the holding of meetings because of the absence of deputies," Sahlani said in a statement obtained by "Trend Press" on a copy.

He added that "the House of Representatives will not be able to legislate most of the existing laws, as well as the package of major laws are still controversial and have sharp differences and will be boycotted by the masses in public."

He added that "the important laws that will not start the time remaining for the current session, including the Federal Court and the Council of the Union and oil and gas, graft, dual nationality, health insurance, support for refugees, as well as the names of candidates for the Federal Service Council.

He pointed out that "the requests for questioning and vote on the conviction of the answers of the ministers are also far out of reach," noting that "the current parliament has completed eight interrogations of ministers and officials, but we still have five other interrogations is not completed."
