[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The Supreme Judicial Council proposed to the House of Representatives a mediating idea between the vision of the judiciary and the vision of the majority of the members of the House of Representatives on the legislation of the new Federal Court law, indicating that the majority of the House of Representatives wants to include experts of Islamic jurisprudence in the membership of the Federal Court as they are genuine members and not just experts .
The Judicial Council explained, "The role of experts in Islamic jurisprudence and legal scholars is intended to provide expertise and advice to the court in the field of jurisdiction, especially since judges are also originally familiar with Islamic jurisprudence and the issue of rights and freedoms and the principles of democracy, but because of the necessary need to approve the remaining articles of the law based on The desire of the majority of the House of Representatives to include experts in Islamic jurisprudence and legal scholars in the membership of the court as they are original members and not just experts.

The judicial proposal also includes that “jurists participate in the membership of the court in principle in cases related to the constitutionality of legislation that may conflict with principles of democracy and basic rights and freedoms stipulated in the constitution based on the provisions of Article (2 / First / B and C) of the constitution, and thus it becomes a matter of approval.
