Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on reaching with the authorities of the Kurdistan region to the "formula" agreed to reopen the airports of the region, while calling for "cooperation" in order to deliver the salaries of employees, while stressing that no one has the right to stop the budget.

"After extensive consideration, we signed the decision to adapt the popular crowd fighters," Abadi said at his weekly press conference.

"We have reached an agreed formula with Kurdistan for the reopening of airports in the region," Abadi said, calling on the Kurdistan authorities to "cooperate in order to get the salaries of employees."

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced on Tuesday the reopening of Erbil and Sulaymaniyah airports in front of international flights, adding that a higher committee will be set up to oversee the administration of the airports and its competitor and ensure compliance with federal standards.

And on the lack of ratification of the budget by the President of the Republic, said Abbadi that "no one has the right to suspend the general budget of the country after the vote by the House of Representatives, and we hope to receive the copy of the budget of the Presidency of the Republic to be effective."

The Presidency announced the reason why the President of the Republic Fouad Masoum refused to approve the budget, noting that there are about 31 points where intersect with the legislation in force.
