The head of the Parliamentary Services Committee Nazem al-Saadi, on Thursday, the Presidency of the Council of Representatives responsible for "neglect" the passage of five "important" laws were not included in the agenda, although completed, and likely to carry those laws to the next parliamentary session.
Al-Saadi said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that the Land and Agricultural Horticulture Law and the Communications and Information Authority Law, as well as two laws relating to communications, and one relating to infringers, were completed but not included in the vote.
Al-Saadi added that "the Presidency of the Council of Representatives bears responsibility for neglecting these important laws," pointing out at the same time that "the remaining time is not allowed to pass within the Council and expect to be transferred to the next parliamentary session."
