Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announces the approval of the issuance of the College of War systemThe General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Sunday the approval of the issuance of the College of War No. 2 of 2018, which was verified by the Council of State .
The Secretariat said in a statement received by the Journal News that "the approval of the issuance of the system of the College of War, comes in accordance with the provisions of Article 80 (item III) of the Constitution and Articles 14 and 26 of the Law of the University of Defense for Military Studies No. 4 of 2016 .
"The College of War is concerned with the training and development of military cadres through special military education curricula at the War College, which last for a year. The course deals with a number of topics, including the art of working at the top level, defense policy, the theater of operations, And other important topics, as well as workshops and seminars that contribute to the development of the training process in the college.
Iraq has long-standing military institutions, the oldest in the Middle East, where there are the first and second military tanks, as well as the police college and other security institutes that have provided the state with security personnel over the past decades.
