    The Kuwait conference was in February. Here we are three months later, and no money. 


    Elections next week. Then this:

    Thanks Rocky and Proven, one thing - we know the RV will happen, not only does Iraq need it to become international, Kuwait needs it to be able to partner with Iraq in the projects that are planned, pay back for the invasion, etc.  The CBI would not be making the changes it is making with ebanking unless this is going to happen.  The international community, nations and corporations, would not be lining up for the spoils unless this was going to happen.  The Middle East is changing in its leadership and the those in power now are desperate to stay in power or "off with their heads" - this is such a global endeavor and watching the players jockey for position is fascinating.  I wonder just what power the CBI, IMF, WB and the Bank of International Settlements will reign with, not to member the US banking cartels and how the EU will fit into all of this.  Just praying the RV happens SOON and we can enjoy our spoils of investment.
