The political analyst, Hazem al-Bawi, on Friday, that the government wasted millions of dollars on electronic counting and sorting and then acknowledged the violation of the electoral process, stressing the need for replacements Commission "judges" to maintain the reputation of Iraq through manual counting and sorting.

Al-Bawi said in a press statement that "the atrocity and magnitude of fraud in the recent parliamentary elections in Iraq was the result of natural freezing of the Board of Commissioners and the re-counting and sorting manually."

"The recognition by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi at his press conference last Tuesday of the fact that the non-eligibility and secrecy of electronic voting devices was a bomb that undermined the credibility of the Commission on the one hand, and the confirmation of a large breach causing millions of dollars in austerity time on the other hand "He said.

"The government's delay in restricting the members of the board of commissioners and preventing them from travel is an unquestionable evidence of government recognition of the existence of major irregularities that should be subject to the procedures of impartiality and justice," he said.

He pointed out that "the electoral process in Iraq was subjected to 4 or 5 electoral trials for this manipulation by international opinion bodies. This is especially unfortunate in the press talk of wholesale fraud in Baghdad, Anbar, Salah al-Din, Kirkuk and Dohuk, which jeopardizes Iraq's reputation and democratic experience."

He stressed that "the judicial team charged with supervising the return of the counting and sorting must maintain the reputation of Iraq and make them consider and accelerate to reassure the street frustrated by the reversal of fraud, and thus treat this breach professionally and independently as soon as possible."

He added: "It is not reasonable to consider the suffering Saber people to go to the votes that were forged hysterically to the parties proved their failure and corruption for 15 years and at various levels of political and service and economic and lost the waste of money and the loss of opportunities to promote the reality of the country tired of the party's passions and narrow utilitarian" .
