Shafak News / The General Company for refineries of the North, one of the formations of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil on Friday to complete the rehabilitation and operation of Salahaddin 1 refinery.
An engineer of the North Oil Company Raad Hamoudi Al-Hamdani said today that "the engineering cadres started to rehabilitate and renovate Salahaddin refinery 1 and was completed and start work with a production capacity of more than 3400 barrels per day." He pointed out that "the rehabilitation of the refinery was the hands of engineering and expertise Pure Iraq ".
"Work is still under way to rehabilitate and operate the Salah al-Din 2 refinery and it will be opened six months from now," he said, adding that on Saturday the refinery would be officially opened in a broad public and government presence.
